The Barn Cottage is as the name suggests a conversion to a very high standard of 18th century barn. The interior is furnished with high quality antiques in the sitting room and modern comfortable en-suite bedroom with a small well equiped kitchen.
The surrounding area is ideal for walkers whether you want a gentle walk in the forest or tackle the local fells there are many beautiful walks.

A detached barn adjacent to the farmhouse has been converted into a self-contained holiday cottage.
Accommodation consists of a spacious ground floor entrance hall with stairs leading to a sitting room, kitchen and bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The sitting room is fitted with a log-burning stove and is provided with a TV and video. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob and combination microwave of the latest design. The cottage is centrally heated throughout using a modern gas-fired boiler and features several interesting antiques.
The accommodation has free high-speed, fibre optic internet, suitable for streaming and gaming. Ultra Fast connection.
Location
The location of the cottage is around 9 miles from Penrith, 5 miles from Caldbeck and 11 miles from Keswick. In the small hamlet of Hutton Roof.
There is easy access to all activities and sites of interest in the national park
